By creating an account or using DeshFeed you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Who can use DeshFeed
You must be at least 13 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. One account per person. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Community rules
There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. Do not post:
- Harassment, threats, or attacks on a person or group — including on the basis of caste, religion, region, nationality, gender or sexuality
- Sexual content, graphic violence, or content involving minors
- Immigration solicitation or fraud: offering sponsorship, promising outcomes, guaranteeing approvals, or selling immigration help without being licensed to provide it
- Legal, tax or immigration advice presented as professional advice when you are not a licensed professional
- Requests for money, or moving a transaction to private messaging
- Defamatory claims stating as fact that a named person or business is a fraud or a criminal
- Spam, advertising with no community value, or anyone else’s personal information
How we enforce this
Submissions are screened automatically before they appear. Anyone can report content or block another user from the ⋯ menu on any post, question, comment or listing. We review reports and remove content that breaks these rules, and we can suspend or delete accounts that do so repeatedly — without notice, where the content is serious.
Your content
What you post stays yours. By posting it you give us permission to display, store and distribute it inside DeshFeed so the app can work. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies already shared by others or retained in backups.
DeshFeed is not a law firm and gives no advice. News summaries, AI-drafted answers and community replies are general information. Immigration, tax and legal matters depend on facts specific to you. Always confirm anything affecting your case with a licensed professional before acting on it.
News and AI answers
News articles are summarised from published sources and link back to the original; we do not write or verify the underlying reporting. AI answers are generated by software, are labelled as such, and list the sources they were built from. Both can be wrong or out of date.
Business listings
Listings are provided by the businesses or by us. We do not endorse, vet or guarantee any listed business unless it is explicitly marked verified, and a verified mark means we checked their credentials — not that we vouch for their work. Anything you agree with a business is between you and them.
Ending your use
You can delete your account at any time from Account settings. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or use the app in a way that harms others.
Liability
DeshFeed is provided as-is. To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app, from content posted by others, or from decisions you make based on anything you read here.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
Changes
We will update the date above when these terms change, and notify you in the app before material changes take effect.
